A) Yes, you can stay at our inn with toddlers and young children. Please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can prepare special meals for children.

A) We will do our best to accommodate your request upon receiving your detailed request. However, we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day.

A) We offer a free shuttle service from JR Asahikawa Station for guests staying with two or more people, or for parties and dinners with 10 or more people.

A) We have a free parking that can accommodate up to 70 cars including 2 large vehicles.
Q)Are there any electric vehicle charging facilities (EV charging stations) nearby?
A)There are two EV charging stations in our off-road parking. Please feel free to visit with your electric vehicle.
Q)Is Wi-Fi available in the property?
A) Free Wi-Fi is available for the guests of SENSYOEN and Soba Restaurant SOBASEN in all areas of the property including guest rooms. Please ask our staff for details.
Q)Is the bathwater at SENSYOEN hot springs?
A) The bathwater at SENSYOEN is not hot springs, but pure cold mineral water from Takasagodai heated for bath. The water is soft with low hardness and has a good moisturizing effect reputed to be gentle on the skin and hair, leaving you feeling smooth after bathing.

A) Smoking is not allowed in the property except in some rooms. Please use the smoking booth located in front of the elevator on the second floor of the new building.
